基于真实世界健康大数据，利用因果推断方法开展临床流行病学研究，聚焦于重大疾病的病因学、干预效果和预后评估，同时开展相关的循证医学研究。目前主持1项国家自然科学基金青年基金。累计发表论文17篇，以第一/共一作者身份在Lancet Microbe、Adv Nutr、Age Ageing等期刊发表论文7篇，其中ESI高引用论文1篇。
